Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. You will have full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, driving revenue growth, and making a significant impact on our business. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground floor, with unlimited potential for career growth and influence in our market.

This role is hybrid - candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area only will be considered.

Responsibilities

Represent Collectly and embody our core values when engaging with prospects.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presenting, and closing.

Build and expand a territory from scratch through strategic cold outreach.

Attract new partners via outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events.

Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales pipeline, addressing their pain points.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the Collectly platform.

Utilize sales tools to manage accounts and opportunities.

Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas.

Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and customer profiling.

Build strong relationships with prospects as a trusted advisor.

Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms.

Requirements

4+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive selling SaaS in a startup environment.

Proven success in outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales.

Excellent communication skills across all channels.

Consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Creative lead generation skills across multiple channels.

Passion for new business development and success-driven mindset.

Curious and willing to learn sales methodologies and market trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities.

Located in San Francisco, CA, with on-site work (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH).
