Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Master's Degree preferred Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. L&D: NRP preferred/ FHM preferred/ RNC-OB preferred 1+ year of experience in healthcare required 1+ year of experience in leadership role required Additional information:
Number of beds: 99 oversight Level 3 NICU FTE (total in unit/ direct): 150 with 2 Managers Types of patients (adult/peds): Peds Current Nurse to nurse-to-patient ratio: 2 or 3 to 1 patient Unit volume-: daily census 75 Shift- specify your expectations on hours: M-F, standard leadership shift Staff shifts: 12-hour shifts Call required: (Y/N) rotates call with 2 managers Bonus eligible Relocation eligible
