Part-time or full-time Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician Requires additional subspecialty training and BE/BC in developmental-behavioral pediatrics Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments for patients with developmental and behavioral challenges Administer autism diagnostic tests, such as ADOS, including intake, observation, assessment, reporting, and follow-up Perform age-appropriate testing based on patient needs Develop individualized care plans and make treatment recommendations Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate with external providers and agencies Document all assessments, referrals, and care plans accurately and timely Follow organizational policies, including credentialing, licensing, and CME requirements Participate in administrative duties and organizational meetings Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited medical school Residency training in pediatrics (minimum 3 years) Board certification in pediatrics Additional subspecialty training in developmental-behavioral assessments Current unrestricted California medical license Active DEA license and BLS or PALS certification Ability to travel within San Diego County Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Compensation
Base salary range: $235,000 - $255,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package. Additional Information
