Java
and be passionate about
developing new features on Payment Platforms . Role and Responsibilities
Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide deadline estimates for implementing new features Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and software runbooks Establish trusted partnerships with peers, product heads, and executive-level stakeholders Be passionate about technology and engineering Apply exceptional analytical skills and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions Leverage technology to deliver business value Be independent and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment Qualifications
+ 5 years of relevant professional experience using Java Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs Experience with databases – NoSQL and/or Relational Comfortable with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Strong analytical skills, energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated with good communication skills At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$130,000 401(k) retirement plan with company matching 15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA Voluntary STD and LTD All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
