Job Description
At Grant Thornton in Wichita, Kansas, United States, we are seeking a Technology Transformation Senior Associate – Oracle EPM. As an Oracle EPM Senior Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations within the Technology Transformation Practice. You will have the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you’ll be empowered by the broader Transformation team to help clients make strategic moves that align with their vision, while also achieving your professional growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assist in full lifecycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases Identify business requirements, develop functional and process designs, create prototypes, conduct testing, and develop training and support procedures Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals Configure applications and perform iterative unit testing Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption Conduct training classes for end users Provide post-deployment support Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus At least 2 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment serving cross-industry clients at a national level Implementation experience with EPM / CPM technologies and deep understanding of related business processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, reports, and full lifecycle implementations Experience with Enterprise Application Integration and back-end data connectivity Experience installing, configuring, and implementing CPM / EPM products Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive projects Willingness to travel approximately 30% Availability to work in-person at least two days per week at an office or client site, in line with the firm's hybrid work model About Us and About the Team To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account.
