For many people, an optometrist is also the first point of contact into the healthcare system. The eyes can offer a window into overall health, and thus this first touch point can be critical for patients getting the care they need for serious conditions. We now offer
NEW flexible work schedule packages
for optometrists, including weekend flexibility and days off options. Our practice also has new office hours several days per week, giving optometrists more free time in the evenings. On select Saturdays, we pay a base rate of $1,000 per day. We offer competitive benefits that meet the financial, health, and well-being needs of our doctors: Competitive salary and bonus potential (up to $30,000 per year) Earn $1,000 on select Saturdays Professional liability insurance Optometry license reimbursement Student loan repayment program (up to $12,000/year) at select offices Annual Continuing Education Symposium with industry experts and up to 22 hours of COPE-approved CE Retirement savings with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution Financial wellness and planning services Health & Wellness Benefits

Our optometrists handle more than prescribing contacts and glasses. They manage ocular diseases, including: Treating corneal ulcers and uveitis Red eye Diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma diagnosis Foreign body removal Macular disease, retinal holes, and detachments diagnosis Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD) from an accredited school State licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state Additional Information
