GIISR/C2 Subject Matter Expert
to support HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming. The
GIISR/C2 SME
will plan, execute, manage, and analyze all phases of HQ USAF wargames, including concept development, objective analysis, assessment planning, game design, event planning, management and execution, and post-game analysis. Primary locations are Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, and The Pentagon. Position is subject to contract award . Duties and Responsibilities
Primary facilitator on all matters relating to Sensing, GIISR, JADC2. Assist in identifying and recruiting wargame participants. Organize and facilitate participants and cells to achieve wargame objectives. Support wargame operations as Subject Matter Expert. Contribute domain and/or functional expertise to wargaming. Conduct open source and classified research related to the field of expertise to support wargame design, objectives, and analysis. Act as adjudication lead in the subject matter area when required. Support creation of wargaming databases related to area of expertise. Contribute to data collection during wargame events. Conduct post-game analysis and draft reports. Support dissemination of post-game outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders. Participate in non-AF Wargaming if directed. Assist in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directed. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience as an Air Force all-domain ISR/sensing (GIISR) operator and planner, with documented experience in planning, integrating, and executing ISR operations at the theater level; or as a C2 planner with similar experience. If both skill sets are not embodied in a single person, should have access to experts in the other area for coverage. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Top-secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Preferred Qualifications: Weapons officer is desired. Benefits
