Systems Engineering Manager
to support a NAVSEA program for Ship Integrity and Performance Engineering in Washington, DC, in a hybrid capacity.
What will you do?
Manage daily operations in the department responsible for planning and engineering of systems infrastructure.
Ensure hardware and software are designed and installed to meet organizational needs.
Monitor systems performance and provide recommendations.
Manage subordinate staff in their daily performance.
Ensure project and department milestones and goals are met within approved budgets.
Do you have what it takes?
At least 10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $80,000 - $100,000, subject to experience, education, skill level, market, and contractual considerations.
