This role involves assisting with daily operations, sales, and customer service in a vibrant retail environment. Key Responsibilities
Create an outstanding shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues. Drive sales through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies. Participate in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance. Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals. Qualifications
Proven retail or similar experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements
Availability for a mix of mornings, days, and nights weekly. Willingness to work weekends and holidays. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Effective communication in English. Physical Demands
Prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling. Ability to lift 5-25 lbs regularly. Good vision, including color differentiation. Compensation Pay range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour.
