The role involves working within the Enterprise System & Integration team, delivering high-value enterprise solutions using leading technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong electric utility business and technology knowledge and will consult on solutions such as Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), IEC-61850 Enabled Digital Substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and related networks including LAN, WAN, and FAN. Candidates should possess excellent project execution, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality deliverables. The Senior Solution Architect will: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex technology solutions. Manage project activities from analysis to deployment, including estimation, planning, and budgeting. Support project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. Ensure project quality, meet milestones, and deliver high-quality work. Build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Participate in sales, marketing, and proposal development. Mentor less experienced staff and ensure adherence to QA/QC and safety policies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields, with 7+ years of relevant experience, including architecture and integration skills, and experience with enterprise and operational technologies, especially in electric utilities. This position is based in the US with travel up to 25%. It is a full-time role with a seniority level of Mid-Senior and employment type of full-time.
