to join our

Intellectual Property Practice Group

in

Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, or DC . A fully remote role is also possible. Qualified candidates will have

8-10 years

of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, working with experts, and litigation strategy. Trial experience is a plus. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, correspondence, handling discovery, negotiations, depositions, oral arguments, trial preparations, and appellate briefs.
