Civil Trial Attorney

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure, multi-party presuit matters, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage and civil litigation.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil trial litigation, particularly in high-exposure and insurance coverage matters Develop litigation strategies for complex, multi-party disputes Draft legal documents including motions and pleadings Participate in mediations, hearings, negotiations, and jury trials Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Maintain client relationships and ensure responsive communication
Qualifications
Active membership in the Florida Bar (required) Civil trial and jury trial experience (required) Insurance coverage and federal court litigation experience (preferred) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities Ability to handle a diverse caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
