Design and develop scalable services, solve complex software problems using advanced technology, and gain exposure to emerging tech in Advertising and E-commerce. Provide technical guidance, lead architecture decisions, and demonstrate your expertise as an experienced developer. Drive high-visibility projects, participate in complex cross-functional projects, translate requirements into technical solutions, design architectures, develop code, conduct testing, communicate progress, collaborate across teams, troubleshoot issues, improve designs, and ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: AI Model Development & Agentic Frameworks
Design, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models focusing on RAG frameworks for enhanced information retrieval and generation. Develop and optimize LLM-based agents for knowledge grounding, multi-step reasoning, and decision-making. Integrate external data sources with LLMs to build dynamic, context-aware systems. Architect scalable, distributed AI systems prioritizing performance, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery. Create detailed design specifications, develop MVPs for validation, and refine designs iteratively. Partner with product teams for AI integration into customer-facing applications. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet functional and non-functional requirements. Drive technical direction for large-scale AI initiatives and mentor junior engineers. Establish best practices for AI system development and maintenance. What you'll bring
9+ years in machine learning/software engineering, with 2+ years in Generative AI or LLMs. Strong experience with RAG frameworks, vector search, knowledge grounding, Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Hugging Face Transformers. Proficiency in distributed computing, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure), scalable architectures. Familiarity with disaster recovery principles, resilient systems, multi-modal models, and advanced optimization techniques is preferred. Experience with Generative AI models like GPT, Gemini, and contributions to open-source or publications are a plus.
