We are partnered with a national law firm holding a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years they have been providing customized collection programs for their public sector clientele.
The goal of this role is to collect funds for government clients, but their unique approach offers the people they work with a helping hand to understand the charges they have incurred and to create a reasonable repayment plan that makes sense for their income and budget. This is your chance to get your nights and weekends back, while growing your skills and gaining excellent experience in a professional environment.

Fluent in Englishand Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred Ability to pass a 5-Panel Drug Test Ability to commute to San Antonio, TX Availability during the hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Previous phone or call center customer service experience RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service on inbound calls Assist customers in understanding the charges they have incurred Create a reasonable repayment plan that makes sense for their income and budget Follow up on call-back requests
