We seek a passionate professional with expertise in product safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance to support international clients. Preference for candidates based in Cincinnati, OH; Arlington, VA; or Chicago, IL, to manage projects and develop local business, but open to qualified candidates from other locations. We are expanding our food safety and regulatory compliance practice globally, supporting clients in US ingredient and product commercialization. Your new role You will join a team providing risk management and compliance support to international clients. Key responsibilities include: Applying expertise in product chemistry, regulatory compliance, exposure and risk assessment, toxicology, or related fields to produce technical reports. Collaborating with senior practitioners on publications and presentations to enhance your recognition as a subject matter expert. Demonstrating excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Managing projects and client relationships effectively to serve as a trusted advisor. Providing leadership, mentorship, and training to junior staff. Engaging in marketing and business development activities to grow revenue, aligned with our seller-doer model. Collaborating internally and internationally across teams on management, innovation, marketing, and training initiatives. Your new team You will be part of the Health Sciences team within the Environment & Health Division, working with a dynamic group committed to solving client problems and creating sustainable solutions. The team spans various expertise levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning through coaching and mentoring. About you Ramboll supports your growth from day one. Essential qualifications and skills include: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in chemistry, toxicology, risk assessment, or related fields. 7+ years in consulting or industry related to product regulatory compliance or chemical management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, independent, technically skilled, and able to perform under pressure. Proven project and team management abilities.
