Program Director

Our sales team contacts highly qualified leads for our brand partners such as Rich Dad, Entrepreneur Magazine, Jack Canfield, and Morningstar. We offer coaching products, sales incentives, and support our clients and associates in achieving success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct enrollment interviews to close coaching sales within PEI's Sales Department.
Perform scheduled, prequalified phone interviews lasting approximately one hour.
Work with clients to understand their current situation, goals, and whether coaching is the right solution.
Handle a global customer base, including working nights and weekends to accommodate different time zones.

Qualifications:
Prior coaching sales experience
Ability to close high-price, pre-qualified leads
Experience conducting compliance processes
Consistent achievement of sales goals
Strong communication, objection handling, and sales skills
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
