With a solid technical foundation, a loyal customer base, and transformative technology, this role focuses on elevating our Service & Knowledge solutions. Your mission?

To empower prospective customers to understand, compare, and recognize the value of Coveo's platform and solutions. As a technical SME, you will showcase Coveo's value proposition, highlight our differentiators, and help us succeed in competitive landscapes. Your ability to deliver impactful presentations, act as a trusted advisor, and provide strategic insights will be key to our success. Main responsibilities include: Help prospective customers understand, compare, and evaluate the value of Coveo's Service & Knowledge solutions to meet their needs and facilitate confident purchasing decisions. Conduct detailed technical discovery to gather requirements, assess fit, and identify potential gaps or risks. Support customer evaluations, respond to InfoSec requirements, and address technical questions. Configure and deliver tailored demos that highlight relevant features, demonstrating their value and benefits. Lead the creation and management of Proof of Concepts (POC), collaborating with teams to deliver solutions aligned with complex customer needs. Serve as the technical lead in RFI and RFP responses, ensuring strategic positioning of Coveo. Act as a strategic partner, bringing deep expertise and thought leadership to guide digital transformation journeys, aligning solutions with long-term goals and success metrics. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their business goals and provides relevant, data-driven guidance. Represent Coveo at conferences and events, including booth participation and speaking engagements. About the ideal candidate: 8+ years of experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Consulting, with strong demo, POC, and benchmarking skills. Regularly represent customer voice in product discussions. Experience with CX platforms, especially in customer service, support, or knowledge management contexts. Familiarity with Salesforce Service, Data Cloud, SAP CX, Genesys, etc., is a plus. Knowledge of AI/ML models related to Search, such as query suggestions and generative answering. Ability to navigate medium to large organizations, understanding roles, responsibilities, and departments. Programming skills in Python and Javascript, with API experience (e.g., Postman).
