The AI, Data and Analytics Team seeks a technical leader to join us. Your role is to lead Stellantis' design and implementation of data quality, accessibility, compliance, and security solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Designing, building, and evolving data quality profiling, analysis, and solutions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Developing data quality reporting solutions to enforce standards and ensure consistency. Creating solutions to populate the data catalog for lineage understanding. Ensuring data archiving and retention compliance across regions. Managing data access controls to ensure compliance across user teams. Implementing Stellantis' Compliance by Design to address privacy and security risks proactively. Maintaining Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) solutions for compliance. Governing data pipeline policies for security, reliability, and compliance. Overseeing data breach incident responses and remediation solutions. Collaborating with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Product Management teams. Developing operational processes and troubleshooting procedures. Partnering with Data Governance and Data Management teams to establish standards for Data Stewards. Top Performers will demonstrate
Experience with cloud computing, online services, web applications, and data analytics. Knowledge of privacy policies in international B2B and B2C contexts. Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, CPIPL, and other privacy laws. Knowledge of analytics needs across various business functions. Experience working with large, cross-functional teams globally. Ability to translate high-level questions into engineering tasks. Strong communication skills, including technical writing and executive presentations. Leadership skills for team development and goal setting. Profil
MA/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred. 5+ years as a product manager, data scientist, or data engineer. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, and Spark. Experience with Big Data platforms like Databricks, AWS S3, Google BigQuery, Azure. Extra points for industry recognition and multidimensional skills. Location
