Job ID: 2964050 | Amazon.com Services LLC As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager driving Go To Market (GTM) strategies, you will be a key member of the Audience Development Marketing team. Your responsibilities include developing GTM strategies and executing them for Amazon Music's artist, content, and music industry fan experiences. We seek a creative and strategic product marketer with a strong understanding of the optimal customer mobile app experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers to set roadmaps and launch new features that surprise, delight, and engage our customers. Additionally, you will work with marketing teams (social, brand, paid channels, promotions, etc.) to develop global GTM strategies that boost feature awareness, adoption, and retention across all devices. This role is highly visible and requires comfort with ambiguity, building trust with cross-functional teams and leadership, influencing others, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, creativity, independence, flexibility, and attention to detail are essential. While this is a global role, collaboration with regional marketing and product teams will be necessary to adapt strategies for local markets and comply with local regulations. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable GTM strategies and frameworks for product launches. Conduct customer research to gather insights and enhance brand positioning in the MSP space. Oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of cross-channel marketing plans to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of key features. Partner with product teams to develop roadmaps aimed at increasing Monthly Active Users (MAUs), Listening Hours, and improving the customer experience on Amazon Music. Collaborate with Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams to integrate artist content into the customer experience. Create compelling GTM creative assets (video, social media, owned & operated channels) in partnership with creative teams, providing copywriting guidance. Advocate for optimal customer experience in UX design collaboration with product teams. Regularly review roadmap progress and outcomes with leadership across marketing, subscriptions tech, and product teams. Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship). Experience using data and metrics to inform improvements. Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables). Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware launches. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL or similar analytical tools. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
