The Investment Operations Associate Director is responsible for managing the team that handles our clients day-to-day digital business and investment operations. The Associate Director develops and implements processes and best practices to ensure digital investment success for our company and clients. This role involves working on various accounts, understanding digital systems, data needs, and media buy structures to improve process efficiency. Problem-solving and collaboration with internal and external teams are critical. Responsibilities Develop and improve processes to ensure data integrity and implement across the agency Share ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes; work alongside internal and external teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools Develop and implement processes to improve digital buying, client billing, and digital reconciliation Maintain a strong understanding of systems like Mediaocean/Prisma, Ad Servers/Verification, DSPs, Social Platforms, DMPs, and proprietary tools Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting operational issues Determine and activate data delivery for reporting purposes Ensure proper digital contracts and vendor terms; evaluate IO notes Share best practices across Publicis Groupe for consistency Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and vendors Manage vendor billing and oversee open items Cultivate a team-focused mentality; manage and develop team members
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of management experience Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and knowledge of digital planning/buying processes Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under pressure Experience in coaching and developing others
