The position involves elevating interior design capabilities and acting as senior designer on large hotel guestroom remodels, collaborating with hotel brands and ownership groups alongside the Director of Interior Design. Your Responsibilities

Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily. Support our interior design practice supporting Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential clients. Reflect RH Design Ethos—balance, symmetry, proportion, simplicity, and calm—across all projects. Lead creative initiatives on large projects as principal designer. Contribute to multiple projects, from large programs to smaller designs. Build relationships with industry influencers to support business development. Manage budgets and deliver projects aligned with sales targets and ROI expectations. Our Requirements

Architecture/Interior Design degree and certification, with 8+ years of Hospitality and/or Commercial interior design experience. Experience in project leadership and execution. Strong sense of taste and style aligned with RH Design Ethos. Effective communication skills for design presentation to partners and clients. Attention to detail in execution. Knowledge of contract-grade finishes and brand standards. Ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings and project work. Technical skills: basic CAD, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, SketchUp.
