Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design team. Responsibilities include developing FPGA designs, focusing on simulation, verification, and transitioning designs into ASICs. Proficiency in VHDL for implementing decoders, encoders, shift registers, counters, and state machines is required. The role supports the development of advanced military products.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in mixed signal electronics design.

Expertise in VHDL and ASIC design, including decoders, registers, counters, and state machines.

Strong simulation and verification skills, with Test Bench experience.

Experience with Xilinx ISE and Vivado is preferred.

Ability to document software and support FPGA programming/debugging.

BSc in electrical engineering or computer programming; MSc preferred.

Active security clearance preferred; eligibility required.
