Serve as a Chief and help us build an Autism Center. We are looking to support an MD or PhD in a clinical administration role with some clinical and teaching responsibilities. Our inpatient autism services currently serve severe autism patients, and we aim to develop treatment, research, and teaching programs for mild to moderate autism, which will be the focus of this position. This role oversees inpatient, consultation, and outpatient services in a leadership and management capacity. The Chief will assist with diagnostic/assessment services, as well as treatment, research, and teaching programs. Collaboration with leaders of other developmental programs/services at Upstate (e.g., developmental pediatrics, neurodevelopmental disabilities) is essential. We are open to established leaders or willing to train and develop clinician-educators or clinician-researchers with less experience. Minimum Qualifications
Board eligible in Psychiatry NYS license required Preferred Qualifications
Work Days: Monday through Friday, Days Salary Range/Pay Rate
