Child and Adolescent (C/A) Psychiatrist

to join our acute inpatient care team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community’s behavioral health needs while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Overview: The

Psychiatry Physician

role is a

full-time

employed or independent contractor position with a

Monday – Friday schedule

and one weekend per month of paid call coverage. This position involves providing care for

child and adolescent patients

in our inpatient program. Duties include conducting

admissions evaluations , managing daily patient care, and leading the treatment team. We offer a

highly competitive compensation package , including a full-time salary or independent contractor options. Ideal Candidate: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (or completing fellowship training) Experience in Inpatient Behavioral Health Services preferred Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, counselors, nurses, social workers, and other therapists Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio Qualifications: MD/DO degree from an accredited program Board-certified or board-eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or completing fellowship training Licensed to practice in Ohio Previous inpatient experience preferred Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians Benefits & Compensation: We offer an exceptional compensation package, which includes: Competitive full-time salary Generous bonus structure Paid call coverage Top-rated malpractice insurance Significant paid time off (PTO) 401k matching CME reimbursement and time off Health insurance package Short and long-term disability insurance Relocation assistance (if needed) Commencement and retention bonuses Employee stock purchase plan Overall compensation package to reach above $400,000.
