City Ventures is hiring motivated construction professionals to supervise all aspects of homebuilding for assigned projects, working under the Director of Construction (NCal). The role focuses on schedule performance, budget adherence, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. About the Company:

High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Construction Management preferred. 3-4+ years of supervisory construction experience; a degree in Construction Management may substitute for experience. Advanced trade training in residential building is a plus. Technical Skills:
Knowledge of homebuilding processes, building codes, ability to read plans, and proficiency with hand/power tools and Microsoft Office. General Skills:
Problem-solving, professionalism, project prioritization, decision-making, teamwork, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Primary Duties:
Manage all phases of new home construction, from start to close. Coordinate site activities, schedule trades, and oversee quality inspections. Track costs, prepare reports, and ensure safety compliance. Manage customer interactions and expectations. Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance, and ability to operate a vehicle. Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $120K - $150K + discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, FSA, 401K (6% match), PTO, gym membership reimbursement, and cellphone allowance. Additional Info:
