The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced B2B sales professionals who will focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance consulting services for businesses based in the New York City metro and Long Island markets. The candidate we seek would feel comfortable selling to senior-level executives and business owners.

Top candidates will have at least five years of experience in the business-to-business market and a proven track record using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment offering proposals from $250K to $1.5MM, this position is not for you.

We are hiring to meet our aggressive organic growth objectives. We will provide proper training and a senior partner as a mentor. Our framework offers unparalleled training, development, and personal growth opportunities.

Salary

The starting salary is $80K - $100K, depending on experience and skills, plus commission. Candidates interested in significantly increasing their income over time are encouraged to apply. Prospecting to C-level professionals who may not be familiar with our firm will be part of your role.
