Product Support Associate
to support our Private Credit Group in Boston. Responsibilities Include:
Design and maintain marketing materials such as pitchbooks, investor reports, and website content. Communicate investment strategies and fund updates internally and externally. Liaise with the global distribution team for product positioning and client engagement. Write investment commentaries on strategy, performance, and markets. Prepare and monitor competitor analyses. Respond promptly to client and prospect requests. Coordinate investor meetings with internal teams. Develop relationships with stakeholders across legal, compliance, and operations. Qualifications:
Strong academic credentials from a reputable institution and successful work experience. 3-5+ years in investment management, direct lending, investment banking, or private equity. Experience with credit funds, preferably private credit. Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and team skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in PowerPoint and understanding of financial statements. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
