Team Leader, Design & Trade . Your upbeat attitude and ability to engage customers keeps the sales floor energized and Sales Associates motivated. Under the direction of the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade, you will lead your team to meet daily sales goals and exceed customer expectations. You will maintain a constant presence on the sales floor, adjusting staffing as needed to ensure every customer receives personal attention. As a mentor, you will coach and develop your team, encouraging top performance and providing feedback to groom them for advancement. A day in the life as a Team Leader, Design & Trade

Lead a designated functional team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader. Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department. Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual presentation, policies, and procedures. Stay informed about new store initiatives and communicate changes to ensure adoption throughout the store. Promote and drive sales by maintaining current product knowledge and awareness of in-store and out-of-store merchandise. Review KPI results, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions with the Assistant Store Leader. Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results, strategy execution, customer feedback, and associate performance. Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service by setting expectations and modeling behaviors. What You'll Bring To The Table

A personal style with a discerning eye and passion for design and home furnishings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma/GED or equivalent. We'd love to hear from you if you have

At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience. Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Part-Time roles: Availability to work at least two weekend days and one weekday or evening. Minimum Starting Rate: $18.40 hourly. Up to $23.00 hourly. Pay may be adjusted upward based on location and role. Additional compensation such as bonuses, incentives, and long-term incentives may also be available.
