The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Law Division, seeks an Assistant General Counsel. Under the supervision of the General Counsel, the attorney interne will conduct various legal tasks, including:

Preparing funding and security agreements for OMB review and ensuring security interests. Assisting with procurement appeals and decisions. Supporting labor relations and employment issues. Researching laws, rules, and regulations for legal interpretation. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not provided. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited U.S. law school or admission to the NY State Bar. Preferred Skills:
