Senior Manager, Compensation

We are looking for a Sr Manager, Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate is detailed, customer-focused, results-oriented, flexible, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and manage compensation programs for assigned client groups
Consult with Human Resource Business Partners and Business Leaders, providing strategic compensation guidance
Develop proposals and presentations to influence senior decision-makers about compensation programs
Perform analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs
Conduct benchmarking and job evaluation using market data and internal evaluations
Serve as the primary compensation contact for executives and internal partners
Coach junior team members in analytical and strategic support
Lead mid-year and year-end compensation cycles for assigned groups
Lead strategic compensation projects and initiatives across client groups
Collaborate with recruiters on developing competitive offer packages
Exhibit leadership within the team and the compensation community
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
Minimum 5 years in compensation, finance, or analytics, or a combination
At least 5 years in client management or consulting
At least 3 years of experience with Excel and developing data-driven presentations
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in relevant fields
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
7+ years in compensation, finance, or analytics
Experience with Workday and advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Experience with benchmarking and reporting tools

The salary range varies by location, with specific ranges provided for McLean, VA; New York, NY; and Richmond, VA. The role is eligible for performance-based incentives, including bonuses and long-term incentives.
