Job Responsibilities
Models and creates an environment where the Guest is always right, ensuring a positive Guest service experience.
Responds promptly and positively to Guest concerns.
Hires high-quality staff who demonstrate and ensure consistent Guest satisfaction.
Ensures all employees are trained and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
Evaluates employee performance to maintain high Guest satisfaction levels.
Continuously improves skills, knowledge, and morale of employees.
Provides regular training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Maintains a fun and enjoyable working environment.
Develops and executes the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing.
Utilizes labor effectively to meet budget goals.
Responsible for financial results.
Executes company-wide marketing programs.
Enforces all labor laws and upholds food safety, handling, and sanitation standards.
Models and encourages company shared values.
Focuses on Guest satisfaction, demonstrating high personal integrity, honesty, respect, and dignity towards employees.
Sets performance expectations, measures results, recognizes good performance, and addresses poor performance.
Qualifications - External Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience 3 – 5 years in a management position, preferably in a restaurant.
Hours Able to work a 47.5 to 50-hour week with flexible hours as scheduled by management.
Skills & Abilities
Basic computer knowledge.
Financial and analytical skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Abilities
Work long hours and stand for extended periods.
Work around others in close quarters.
Move throughout the restaurant to observe operations and employee performance.
Able to lift 50–75 pounds comfortably.
Work with various cleaning products.
