Associate Attorney
with
15 years of experience
to join their
Toxic Tort practice group . This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney eager to develop their skills within a high-performing team handling complex litigation matters, including asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability cases. The role allows for
remote work , with
in-person court appearances
as required. The firm offers mentorship, training, and significant growth opportunities in the specialized field of toxic tort litigation. Key Responsibilities: Handle toxic tort litigation matters, including asbestos and product liability cases. Draft and respond to
written discovery , manage
depositions , and prepare for
motion practice
and
court hearings . Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and conduct legal research. Participate in
client meetings ,
settlement negotiations , and
trial preparation . Stay current on legal developments in toxic tort and related areas of law. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case management and strategy. Key Benefits: Flexible

of litigation experience (Toxic Tort or related areas preferred). Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage complex litigation matters and work collaboratively. Exposure to asbestos, toxic tort, or product liability litigation
is a plus. Willingness to
appear in court
as needed. Salary & Benefits: Salary : $110,000 to $170,000, depending on experience. Bonus : Significant bonus opportunities based on performance.
