is looking for a

Senior Rendering Engineer

to join our office in Boston to work on Cyberpunk 2, the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise. In this role, you will become part of the team responsible for developing rendering solutions and optimizations to enable designers and artists to deliver the vision of the game. Utilizing Unreal Engine 5, you’ll help define the future of visual fidelity in our games while collaborating with engineers and artists to bring our titles to life. Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize existing rendering systems. Develop new rendering solutions for large-scale problems. Work closely with art teams to provide performant and effective solutions. Bring characters and worlds to life with your rendering knowledge. Optimize performance and memory utilization. Qualifications: 7+ years of industry experience. Fluent in C++ and in-depth experience with graphics programming. Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine, preferably with a shipped title using UE technology. Extensive knowledge of rendering techniques and GPU/CPU architecture. Comprehensive multithreaded programming experience. Experience with one or more low-level graphics APIs (DirectX12, Vulkan, console, etc.). Thorough experience with graphics debugging tools (RenderDoc, Pix, console-specific, etc.). Experience with low-level profiling and optimization. Effective communication skills, responsibility, ownership, and dedication. A proactive attitude to help the team work more efficiently. Nice to have: Shipped at least one Unreal-based project.
