Required Qualifications: Active TS with the ability to obtain SCI and pass Polygraph examination High School/GED + 9 Yrs, or Associates + 7 Yrs, or Bachelors + 5 Yrs, or Masters + 3 Yrs, or PhD + 0 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II Certification Experience utilizing trouble ticket systems like ServiceNow Excellent customer service, writing, and oral communication skills In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN and Unified Communication (UC) technologies, tools, and services Experience as a Network Administrator in a Network Operations Center environment Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across CONUS & OCONUS locations. It focuses on design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement, including tech modernization and refresh, LANs, and UC services. More About the Role: As a Tier 3 NETOPS Administrator, you will handle complex support problems, coordinate with NOC and operational staff, lead platform upgrades, and develop technical resolution reports for critical outages. Responsibilities include: Perform system patching and IAVA patches on network routers and switches Perform IOS and software upgrades Create, review, and publish SOPs in the KM system for network operations Troubleshoot system failures and accessibility issues Monitor network performance, track usage, and develop capacity planning reports Maintain IP address allocation tables Recommend operational efficiencies Utilize knowledge articles to implement workarounds and update documentation Support KM management by entering solutions into the database Facilitate engineering data calls Lead network implementation, installation, and refresh projects Work independently and provide leadership within the team Address difficult problems through detailed analysis, employing creativity and prior experience Resolve network tickets, categorize service requests, and provision network components Research errors and perform root cause analysis Configure, deploy, and maintain network monitoring systems Travel up to 25% within CONUS
