Sewer Equipment is adding a Customer Service Representative to our team. This position champions the after sales effort by building & maintaining relationships with customers, solving problems and ensuring positive interactions for a perceived value-added to every transaction.
Duties and Responsibilities Process orders ranging in difficulty from basic to very complex. Maintain accurate records of prices, inventory, and other key information Navigate between multiple data sources to provide Warranty and RMA support for our customers Record all sales transactions in Made2Manage software Follow prescribed credit card processing procedures Provide communication and support to associated departments and managers to enable best practices Any additional duties assigned by the manager Commitments and Location
Full-time role based in Dixon, IL Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm in office Benefits Include:
Eligible for the Sewer Equipment Aftermarket Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2024 payout was $7/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, productivity, warranty, and attendance. Health, Dental & Vision insurance available after 60 days of employment Company paid Life, Short & Long-Term Disability. Task itemization and prioritizing Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook Familiarity with finding files on computer Ability to learn operation of our ERP system - Made to Manage Ability to speak effectively Good listening skills & Strong organizational skills 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service or Inventory management role strongly preferred
