We are seeking a driven and experienced Multifamily Truss Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our truss products to multifamily construction projects across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for multifamily truss products in the assigned territory. Identify and cultivate relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders involved in multifamily construction projects. Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise and support in the development of customized truss solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each project. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers to showcase the features, benefits, and advantages of our truss products. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable sales agreements. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using CRM software. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to build brand awareness and expand business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and advertising campaigns to support sales efforts in the multifamily construction market. Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the multifamily construction industry. Strong understanding of truss systems, building materials, and construction methods, with specific knowledge of multifamily construction processes and requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels of the organization. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning as a collaborative team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities and tracking customer interactions. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
