Job Summary We are seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for individual patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and communicates effectively to ensure the best patient outcomes. You should have current nursing knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
Document changes in patient conditions and report updates.
Maintain accurate patient records and discuss observations with supervisors.
Qualifications
Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
Previous RN experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills.
Valid driver’s license.
First aid/CPR certification required.
