Job Purpose:
Provide high-level administrative support to company executives. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations within the organization. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence), responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, record accurate minutes, and follow up on action items. Draft, edit, and format a variety of documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive materials. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments, external partners, and clients. Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and organizational initiatives. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by executive leadership. Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; a minimum of two (2) years of relevant administrative experience is required. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in using computers and related software for data entry, document preparation, and communication. Strong discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a professional and proactive approach to responsibilities.
