Language Specialist (Customer Support - Email) Location:

6-12 months Skills Required: Fluent in verbal and written English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese. Previous experience in customer service, preferably email support. Native speaker of the language. Must have lived in the locale for at least 2 out of the past 5 years or be a frequent traveler to the native country. Ability to clearly communicate in written and verbal English and the selected language. Undergraduate degree required. Strong analytical skills. 1-2 years of work experience.
