General Dentist – Part-Time (with Full-Time Potential)

Private Practice (Primarily Fee-for-Service + One PPO) Are you a passionate, skilled, and patient-focused General Dentist looking to grow in a well-established private practice? We are seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our close-knit team, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role and long-term ownership potential. About the Practice
Family-owned private practice with over 27 years of community trust Led by a third-generation dentist with 20+ years of experience Strong local brand recognition and deep roots in the Daytona Beach area A loyal patient base ranging from adult to geriatric Comprehensive dental services with all specialties offered in-house 6 fully-equipped operatories, supported by 6.5 team members and 1 doctor EMR: Eaglesoft Strong focus on community involvement and building lasting patient relationships Position Details
Start Date: Summer 2025 or as soon as available Begin with 2–3 days/week (Mon–Thurs, 8:00 am–5:00 pm), with one evening shift/month (Thursdays 12:00–8:00 pm) Potential to grow into a full-time role within 1 year See up to 10 patients per day (excluding hygiene checks) Additional assistant support available as needed After-hours calls/visits expected as part of a shared schedule Future ownership potential is possible and encouraged Compensation Structure (Tiered by Monthly Net Collections, Prior to Lab Deduction): $0 – $30,000: 32% of Collections $30,000.01 – $50,000: 33% of Collections $75,000.01 and above: 34% of Collections Additional Compensation Info: Office covers all lab costs 60-day daily guarantee: $750/day W2 employee position Benefits (For Full-Time Status): CE allowance: Up to $1,500 per calendar year (covers portion of attendance fees) Dental benefits: Up to $1,500/year for employee and immediate household members Medical insurance: 50% of premiums covered by the practice (available after reaching full-time status) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match (after reaching full-time status) Paid time off and holidays for full-time associates 20% family discount for immediate family of associate Malpractice: Associate covers their own malpractice insurance Minimum coverage requirement: $1 million / $3 million What We’re Looking For Clear and active Florida Dental License Ideally 2+ years of clinical experience Strong clinical skills in restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, dentures, fixed/removable prosthodontics, and comprehensive treatment planning A caring, communicative, and growth-minded provider Team-oriented and community-focused mindset Willingness to learn and collaborate – mentorship available Why Join Us?
