Responsibilities of Senior DevOps Engineer

1. Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and reliability.
2. Optimize database performance, implement backup strategies, and manage disaster recovery solutions.
3. Manage and monitor AWS resources to ensure uptime, including load balancing, CDN, DNS, WAF, and more.
4. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab and Jenkins to automate the deployment process and enhance developer productivity.
5. Lead automation initiatives, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
6. Improve deployment and release processes to enable frequent and reliable releases.
7. Manage and optimize DevOps tools we use inhouse.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance security.
