Position: Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) The ISSE will: Participate as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and/or integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments. Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity policy, procedures, and workforce structure to design, develop, and implement secure environments. Interact with the customer and project team members. Support the Government in enforcing the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures. Support security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management. Identify security requirements for proper handling of Government data. Perform system or network designs involving multiple enclaves with differing data protection/classification requirements. Recommend system-level solutions to meet security requirements. Requirements: Twenty years' experience as an ISSE on similar scope programs, with recent experience within the last five years in Cybersecurity principles and technology. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline; a Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience. Four additional years of ISSE experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 3 is required. CISSP-ISSEP certification required for CWIP IASAE III compliance. Pay Range The salary range is: $198,720.23 - $215,321.60 . Compensation factors include location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
