If you want your creativity to drive growth and shape perception, this is the place.What you'll doThe Brex Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to own, analyze and translate our data into effective insights and actionable recommendations. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with Marketing channel and campaign data, planning, modeling and forecasting. This person should also be seasoned with digital performance metrics, website analytics, building marketing funnels and ABM models. The Senior Marketing Analyst will report into the Campaigns, Growth & Operations team, but will also partner with multiple marketing functions and channel owners to provide support with strategic analysis, forecasting, and insights for planning and performance optimization.Where you'll workThis role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!ResponsibilitiesDigital & Web Analytics:Lead website, SEO, and multi-variant testing (MVT) reporting; identify performance trends and partner across teams to prioritize high-impact initiativesMarketing Funnel Planning & Forecasting: Build and manage models for funnel targets by sale type, segment, and channel; deliver regular forecasts to marketing, GTM, and executive leadershipPerformance Reporting & Optimization: Own reporting and analysis for all marketing channels, campaigns, and Brex.com; provide actionable insights to optimize performance across the funnelAttribution & Data Accuracy:Partner with Data Science to evolve attribution models and ensure accurate tracking of all marketing touchpoints across channels and campaignsStandardized Insights & Executive Reporting:Deliver consistent, executive-ready insights on pipeline, spend efficiency, ABM, brand, and event performance to guide strategic decision-makingRequirements5+ years in a Marketing Analyst roleExperience with marketing data analysis and planning, including translating complex data into actionable insights to inform marketing strategy, optimize performance, and guide forecastingExperience with marketing channel mix analysis and planning, understanding and translating key metrics for major digital and offline marketing channels requiredExperience with digital performance and website analytics, understanding and translating key digital journey metrics and events required Experience with using data to plan campaigns and forecast demand delivery requiredExperience with building marketing target models and forecasting demand requiredExperience with attribution models, working with multiple model types, analyzing and translating insights from multi-touch attribution data requiredExpert communication skills - ability to differentiate between 'reporting the numbers' and providing actionable insights; must be able to provide clear, actionable intelligence that can be easily digested and understood at the executive leadership level and actioned at the functional marketing team levelCompensationThe expected salary range for this role is $134,696 - $168,370. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
