This role ensures that production data is accurately entered, maintained, and communicated across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage purchase orders for Cloverkey stores, Cloverkey stocking and online store purchases. Order Cloverkey blanks from suppliers and creates receivers. Track order progress and coordinate with machine operators and the production floor Verify order specifications such as fabric type, embroidery placement, thread colors, and stitch count Communicate with the design and sales teams to clarify order requirements Provide customer service support for "Shop" orders including payments, order tracking and any quality issuesComplete shipping, verify pricing, quantities, and shipping details against customer orders, receiving documents and invoices all Cloverkey orders. Help ensure quality standards by flagging discrepancies or production delays Troubleshoot delays or quality issues for inbound/outbound product Assists Lucky Stitch General Manager as needed RequirementsQualifications: Associate's degree (preferably in textiles, fashion, or business) 1-3 years of experience in a production, admin, or data entry role (embroidery/textile experience a plus) Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management toolsGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Preferred Skills: Familiarity with embroidery terms, order processes, or production software (e.g., Pulse, Wilcom, ERP systems) Experience working in a garment/textile manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of embroidery design formats (DST, PES, etc.) is a plusWhat We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Hands-on experience in embroidery production and order management Supportive team and opportunities for skill development Structured working environment with clear responsibilities
