Job Overview:Join the Shipper Support Case Team to provide critical support to vendors and sellers utilizing Inbound Transportation Services.In this role, you'll resolve operational challenges, ensure service quality, and maintain excellent relationships with extensive shipper network. Key Responsibilities:Process and resolve shipper support cases through our proprietary communication platformResearch and resolve missed pickup issues and other transportation disruptionsMaintain case resolution goal rateConduct proactive outreach calls when necessaryDocument case resolutions and maintain accurate records for continual improvementsCollaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure successful freight pickup and deliveryApply critical thinking skills to solve complex logistics challengesBasic Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and data filteringAbility to work independently and think criticallyStrong attention to detail and accuracyCustomer service orientation Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with transportation terms and supply chain conceptsExperience with AI and Large Language ModelsPrevious experience in logistics, banking, insurance, or related fields requiring data analysisExperience in roles requiring verification and validation of informationTrack record of career growth in previous positionsThe Ideal Candidate:We're looking for "thinkers" who can:Go beyond following instructions to find creative solutionsConnect dots and scale up solutionsHandle ambiguous situations with confidenceMaintain high accuracy while meeting productivity goalsBuild effective relationships with vendors and carriersExperience LevelIntermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
