Apply today and become part of a team committed to compassionate, in-home care!Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications and Responsibilities:Valid Texas LVN license, current CPR certification, driver's license, and auto liability insurance6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN preferred (not required)Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a home setting for 8-12 hour shifts, allowing them to remain with their families instead of an in-patient facilityCare for clients with serious illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from injuries or extensive surgeryAssess client conditions during each visit, including vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilatorsLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Benefits & Schedule:Full-time and part-time openings with day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts available across the Greater Houston area and surrounding regionsCompetitive pay with weekend and night differentials, plus employee referral bonusesMedical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insurance options, along with a 401(k) planPaid time off and paid holidays$22 - $26 an hour
