The Clinical Supervisor supports the agency's mission by providing credentialed clinical supervision to mental health clinicians across multiple behavioral health programs. This role ensures that staff are supported in delivering high-quality, ethical, and effective services while also helping future clinicians grow through supervision and internship support.RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide individual clinical supervision to mental health clinicians in accordance with Washington State licensure and agency standards.Collaborate with program supervisors to ensure clinical practice aligns with evidence-based models, documentation standards, and client outcomes.Offer clinical consultation for complex cases, high-acuity clients, or situations requiring immediate risk assessment and response.Support the district's internship program in partnership with the Program Director, including onboarding, matching, and oversight of intern progress.Maintain documentation of supervision activities, clinical competencies, and required oversight for licensure tracking and compliance.Participate as a member of the district leadership team, contributing clinical insight to program development, staff support, and strategic planning.Promote a culture of equity, trauma-informed care, and continuous improvement across behavioral health programs.REQUIREMENTS: (2) years of related experience post-licensure experience in providing clinical services and supervision to mental health professionals.Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related fieldActive, unrestricted licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent. Must meet WA DOH criteria to serve as an approved supervisor upon hire.Fluency in English, both spoken and writtenBasic mastery of business applications and productivity suitesDemonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers.Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycleDemonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populationsSuccessfully completes tasks in a moderately noisy environmentInteract with others and performs tasks in-person and using technology, with long periods of stationary activity and minimal periods of increased physical activity including and not limited to attending site visits or in-person consultations.Moves equipment/materials weighing up to (20) pounds.Travels between worksites occasionally.Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churchesMeets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or programThe Perks: We offer our part time employees access to participate in our 403b, 12 paid agency holidays per year, 2 floating holidays along with sick leave based on the number of hours worked.
