Job Details - Alabama LPN Travel Nursing Location: Tuscumbia, Alabama 35674 Healthcare Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) - Cottage of the Shoals Employment Type: Travel LPN / Locum Tenens Start Date: August 12, 2025 End Date: September 23, 2025 Contract Duration: 6 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Nursing Shift: 12 Hour Nights (18:00 - 06:00) Schedule: Rotating: 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $820-$880 LPN Job Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alabama or compact state eligibility Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare setting Current BLS certification Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during night shifts Excellent communication and teamwork skills LPN Responsibilities - Long Term Care Nursing Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor, document, and report resident conditions and changes promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support resident well-being Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents Assist with specialty care needs including vaccine administration, urgent care response, supervisory duties, substance abuse interventions, and school-related health services as needed Experience southern hospitality and natural beauty in Tuscumbia, Alabama.
