Grimaldi's is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our Restaurant Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ.We're looking for someone who understands that social media is more than just content - it's a powerful tool for storytelling and brand building. Experience working with a restaurant, multi-location business or food brand is a strong plus.Duties and Responsibilities Strategy & PlanningUnderstand the business value of social media and how it fits strategically into a marketing planManage and evolve short- and long-term content plans and campaignsHelp set and align social media goals with brand and business objectivesRecommend new platform opportunities and assess emerging trendsContent Creation & ExecutionBrainstorm and develop creative social content ideasCreate monthly content calendars for all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Plan, oversee, and execute photo and video shootsWrite compelling, on-brand copy for posts and captionsEdit short- and long-form videos for various platformsCreate, curate, and repurpose a variety of content including user-generated content (UGC)Create and schedule posts within a social content management systemStay on trend with social media formats, styles, and cultural momentsSchedule, post, and test content across platformsEnsure high-quality visual execution with strong video and photo editing skillsInfluencer & Community EngagementFind, vet, negotiate, and coordinate influencer partnershipsMeasure and report on influencer effectivenessManage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentionsBuild relationships and act as the authentic voice of the brandSupport customer service inquiries that come through social media and other channelsReporting, Optimization, and MoreCreate and update monthly social performance reportsAnalyze metrics and campaign results to optimize future contentManage social media advertising and assist with Meta and TikTok ad campaignsCollaborate with external agencies and vendorsManage the social media budgetContribute to swag creation for giveaways and campaignsAbout YouCollege Degree is required.
