SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and support revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in optimizing the bank's online presence across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the corporate website. This role is crucial for driving online traffic for online account opening, generating leads, and achieving business goals through data-driven strategies. The strategist will analyze digital marketing trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize data analytics to improve campaign performance and user engagement. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing tools, performance metrics, and digital advertising platforms to support both customer acquisition and retention efforts.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.Develops and executes online/digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and increase sales.Analyze market trends, manage digital channels, and collaborate with teams to optimize marketing efforts.Help generate revenue through our online account opening channel via our websiteTrack, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using data analytics toolsResponsible for content creation and optimization (manage and improve online content, ensuring it's optimized for SEO and user engagement).Work closely with advertising analyst to help with email marketing campaign creation, executions and optimizationPrepare and manage digital marketing budgetAnalyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presenceMonitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trendsOversee and optimize various digital channels like social media, email marketing, website, and paid advertising (SEO/SEM), programmatic/display, etc.Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.Identifies and reports suspicious activity.EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field Master's Degree preferredEXPERIENCE4-6 Years of experience with data analysis and reporting4-6 Years of experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns4-6 Years of hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practicesFamiliarity with web design and HTMLKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESStrong understanding & experience of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketingExcellent communication, analytical, and project management skillsProficiency in using digital marketing tools and platformsCreativity and ability to identify marketing opportunitiesSolid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google AnalyticsCandidates residing in locations within BankUnited's footprint may be given preference.
